About Us

TPM Cleaning & Facilities Ltd was established by Paul Gowing in May 2017. Paul’s been in the industry 35 years having already built a £1.25 million Cleaning & Facilities company throughout the south employing some 250 employees back in the 90s through to 2016, Paul needed a new direction hence TPM, new small bespoke company, employing only full time professional cleaners working in mobile vans, fully trained in our core business sector we serve. By narrowing down to 4 core areas of cleaning, we’ve grown 0 to 6 Vans within 4 years.

We train our employees with complete all round training using apprenticeship schemes. We sign our staff up for Facilities operative level 2 training  Apprenticeship to educate our staff well to achieve the standards and also communication required in this ever-fast-moving industry.

We operate a fully managed cleaning and Facilities company, we work with our staff closely to get the best out of them, and when our clients need us, we are there within the hour. We allow our clients to get on with what they need to do within their business and ensure we provide what is asked of us.
